Group Entry

[Also called Generic Entry in the European Commission notice  2018/C124/01.]

An entry in Table 3 of the CLP with the form ""metal  compounds, with the exception of those specified elsewhere in this annex", where 

  • metal compounds include antimony, arsenic, barium, beryllium, cadmium, chromium(VI), mercury, lead  selenium, thallium, uranium  
  • Annex refers to Annex VI, Table 3 of the CLP
In the case where the metal compound, that you suspect is present in your waste, is not listed in the  the Annex, you can use the group  or generic entry instead.
